Salon Owner/Art Director
Luke has over 15 years experience in the Hairdressing Industry & has owned his own salons now for 8 years.
He originally trained in a local Salon, in both Ladies & Men’s styling. From there he went on to work with Toni&Guy, achieving a Diploma in 2008 & passed with a distinction.
Luke became a Franchisee for Toni&Guy in 2012. In this time he gained valuable knowledge & experience whilst developing his skills by regularly attending the London Academy. He is very passionate about his Salon and makes it his priority to ensure every guest receives not only a fantastic haircut but also their overall experience.
Luke specialises in sharp precision cuts, Men’s styling and is also the Salons Product Expert! Luke has a very large & loyal customer following, who have followed him for over 9 years! This meaning he gets booked up fast so you have to be quick!
Luke had a very successful 6 years with Toni&Guy & is now onto his next mission to build his own brand CAVE Hair.

Style Director
We are so excited to welcome Debbie back to the salon, Debbie will be working 2 days per week, every Thursday and alternate Fridays & Saturdays. Debbie is a very talented Creative Stylist in all areas of hairdressing and has many years experience, she has an infectious personality & loves making her clients feel confident with there hair. Debbie is now available too book appointments online or over the phone
Art Director
Emma joined the team at Cave Hair in 2021. With over 18 years experience, she truly is a talented individual. Emma enjoys all aspects of hairdressing and strives to give each individual client an amazing service. Emma says “I love to make people feel like the best version of themselves”.
The team at Cave Hair would describe Emma as funny, with an empathetic nature.
Emma works Tuesdays to Fridays and alternate Saturdays.
Stylist
Molly started at Cave Hair as a Saturday girl, during this timed Molly realised she had a passion for hairdressing and started an apprenticeship at the salon. Molly qualified after two years and has been on the shop floor since. Molly enjoys cutting and styling hair. She goes home with a happy heart knowing she’s put a smile on someone’s face today.
Style Director
Kirsty trained at Ware College before starting at Lino Thomas and then completing further education at Toni & Guy, Sassoons and the Label M Academy. For the last eight years she has been working for herself and is now really excited to be joining the Cave team. Her interests and strengths are cutting and colouring. She’s really looking forward to meeting and working with new clients.
Kirsty is available to book with full time through the week and alternative Saturdays.
